We have an ATM at 800 E. Milham which is available 24 hours a day, and surcharge free for access to Portage Commerce Bank accounts. Portage Commerce Bank does not charge for an ATM card or for any ATM transactions at other banks' machines. There may be a charge to order a replacement ATM card. Some ATMs may assess a surcharge.
