James has been a resident of the Kalamazoo/Portage area since 1971. As a former chef and restaurant owner he volunteers his cooking skills in support of many charitable and non-profit organizations in the community. James holds a BA from Kalamazoo College and has worked in the financial services arena beginning in 1991. His experience has revolved around retirement income and asset management through the use of mutual funds, stocks & bonds as well as annuities and insurance products.
As a husband and father of two university students James anticipates working in the financial services industry for many more years.
